Darrell, I don't know. I couldn't even guess accurately. Maybe someone else can answer this one. On the conference call, CYMI said that one of its customers estimated that the market for DUV lasers may be up to 1000 next year. If you assume one stepper per fab line, that gives you . . . a lot!
