Another little tidbit of info.. It was stated today by a sales rep that orders for some 25" and 27" may be slow in coming, due to lack of production in picture tubes..This seems to be a continuing problem for these people. One thing they don't talk about, is the fact that they are giving many picture tubes away on service concessions, due to failure in sets that are 3-4 years old. Also, in some circumstances the tubes also cause a failure in the main chassis. They are also giving these away to the consumer..Their new parts distribution is a mess..warranty parts in some circumstances are being back ordered for over a month. ZE is not giving credits to the servicers on their returned parts and cores..About two weeks ago, their conputer system took a big crash. Whether or not is only related to customer relations or in other divisions, I do not know.... Folks, the bleeding is definitely continuing..ZE needs leadership now...It surely looks like they need Mr Chainsaw....or the Roto Rooter man....Jeff
