What total BS!. The best system is one where the use pays the doctor directly. The only thing that is really needed is catastrophic insurance. Most of us can pay for office visits and lab tests, even short hospital stays. Even the very poor can pay for this from existing government handouts. They already have catastrophic insurance at the emergency room. You are just to naive to understand this whole issue is made up of whole cloth simply to convert us into good socialists. This and global warming.
