THERE IS NO LAWSUIT I just talked to a company spokesperson. If there was a lawsuit the media would have picked this up. My thoughts: This whole thing is a sham started by Bernie Lumbert, a good friend of Coggins. He posted this crap in thall's thread sometime back. It's now apparent to me that Chatters is in communication with this nut and Coggins also. The idiot is so stupid that his phony paperwork shows he is sueing Cap Guardian, Hughes Investment Management and the other funds holding IPM stock. He's sueing them because they bought stock -- give me a break.
