Uh, no. When I was a kid, my sister was born with a lot of problems. Her Eustachian tubes were twisted leading to severe ear infections, she was club-footed, dyslexic and was allergic to just about everything. In other words, she was sick all the time. And the insurance company put my parents through hell. Denying coverage, "losing" paperwork, delaying payment, not paying what they agreed to pay, etc. The Big Pharma, the AMA, nurses unions, etc. had absolutely nothing to do with it. |
