Reverse split story. envr was trading at a buck and lost steam went down to about .35-.50 trading range. eventually they did a 1 for 10 split and then stock in 1 month went from over $2 to .50 I dont think i would like to se this at all with ISGI and without any support from an IB (better yet multiple IB's) this is a very bad idea due to the downside risk. Lets wait till there are 100 or more million shares outstanding with good earnings to back up the split. Not before or you will see more blood than you will want to ever see.
