Terry, since you think this is such a "great deal" I've got one for you. I'll sell you my BGO shares for the same CN $7.50 that PDG will be paying for their BGO shares? What do ya say?

This deal stinks through and through. If there are/were 20 some other mining companies doing their DD on this project (at least that is what we were told) and it was as good as Clive and his PR people said it was, then they would in no way have given it away for a song like they did IMO. They would have waited for a much better offer or for gold to go back up to make the project more attractive. No, something just doesn't seem right with this deal.

As long as gold stays where it's at and there is no other offer for the project you can bet that when the tax loss selling starts within the next month that BGO is headed in one direction.

Good luck for anyone wanting to stay with BGO for the next 2 years. There are better mining companies to place one's hard earned money.
