PaineWebber institutes a BUY on TXB.

Since Paine Webber iniatiated the last issuance of common stock, should we receive on the wires shortly this iniatiation of BUY coverage on TXB? I believe someone wrote, that they had to wait a month to publically announce it's BUY rating on the stock?

Also ... I am still looking for the Fortune issue listing TXB as one of the top 7 stocks to watch from the biomedical sector? Is this issue in the stores yet???
