I presume you are not referring to a single bipartisan bill. Have you come across a bill proposed by the Republicans? I have not heard about an alternative bill from Kyl, Grassley etc.? Is co-op their bill? If that is what they are proposing then it tantamounts to saying "patients you are on your own to battle the giant insurance conglomerate."
