You were the one who said the insurance companies would get a bunch of new "young" people. I thought the implication was that these young people would make it possible to expense for the mandated coverage. You can't use this argument both ways in my mind. That is; if the insurance companies get the benefit of a bunch of young people so that they are demanded to provide coverage for preexisting conditions - then you have to admit that the government isn't going to get this benefit. So the expense for the government will be very high - like conservatives are claiming.

We buy from a very inexpensive place and have had better than decent experience.

Okay, then why in the heck do we need the public option?

See I don't agree. I think we need health care, but the problem is cost. How to pay for it. That is being drowned out bye claims on both sides.
