Mang,

LSI already is the "system on a chip" company. As I read the article, it is positive for LSI - in five years 10% of all chip demand will be for chips like the ones LSI has been making for the last 5 years. LU, on the other hand, acknowledges the trend now - and also the fact that they have nothing (to date) to compete with.

Did I read it incorrectly?
