Technically all of it. The TARP and budget deficit was inherited by Obama and the stimulus plan was necessary to devolve the mess bush left behind.... This is a crock of crap. If you think you're going to pin this pork-filled stimulus on anyone but Obama you're nuts. The American people are stupid sometimes but not THAT stupid.
