You are missing my point. My point is the dems are implicitly denying rationing will occur at all. Why not put it on the table and defend the position. They are not doing that. If this bill passes and they introduce rationing after saying we won't ration, the American people will justifiably become even more enraged than they are now. In the end the real issue is you can't trust the government.
