Salty, You are short a double short ETF? (HSU)

So that means you are wanting the market to rise? Why not buy a double long S&P 500 ETF?

I'm confused...if HSU is a short ETF then shouldn't it be down today? It's up about 25 cents.

And why an ETF traded on the TO exchange? Aren't there US traded ETF's that do the same thing and easier to trade? (Unless you are Canadian...)

...just wondering.
