You'd have to be on very good drugs to anticipate "a new age of prosperity" just because Obama says he sees "hopeful signs in the economy".

No one I'm aware of sees a new age of prosperity. Some think we dodge an economic depression, but I think they're wrong.

Of course the Republican "economist" for the National Association of Realtors, Lawrence Yun, says "the housing market has decisively turned for the better". What do you expect him to say? Being a paid liar is a job requirement at the National Association of Realtors.
