I'm sure the recent young guns hired by GS would fit nicely into that category.

But seriously even I am more optimistic now than at anytime in the past ten years but it is due to the opportunities I now see around me every day and not because I expect to ride anyones coat tails or get a free ride from the government or ride the next pathetic asset bubble.

You seem to know a lot about RE developers but never see any opportunities in RE. It's too high it's gonna crash, it is low we are in depression and going lower forever and even the savy vultures buying distessed today are fools?..I guess we should have loaded up on the most obvious casino pick for depression instead? finance.yahoo.com

No doubt GS is involved in this scam too in some way?
