There is nothing in your list that would materially improve longevity. At ALL.

The best way to increase national longevity is to reduce deaths in young people, not to extend the life of old people for a bit. Young deaths really mess up the curve. We should change the way we count infant deaths to mirror that of other countries, find a way to stop kids from murdering each other, not let children produce children, and raise the driving age by about five years. I'm not recommending any of those steps, just trying to identify what would be effective.
