Yes, I see the difference. But I don't see the difference between government standards on coverage and private insurance limitations on coverage.

If you have health insurance someone quietly has already decided for you just how many days you will spend in the hospital after surgery, just how much they will pay for chronic care, the limit on the amount of medical equipment they will pay.
