I talked to an attorney today about what has been done here and according to him, IT IS NOT LEGAL! Colorado had a blizzard this last few days and this is the first day I have been home. The attorney is willing to take the case on a contingency basis, with only actual costs as monies are required. I, personally, am willing to put up $2000 for the case and we should be able to get help from the NASDQ. The defendants will be as follows.

Dave McHam 713-977-5894
Don Rose 516-465-2038
Mike Newfield 516-424-6900
Tom Palmer 718-896-5011

I was just told today that instead of owning almost 50% of Accord, we now own only 5%.
There is no way that mathematically, because of a reverse split, that percentage of ownership would change. The people representing both of these companies have lied to all of the stockholders and are now trying to simply tell us that this is the way it is. Myself and my attorneys are here to tell them, that not only is it not the way it is, it is not the way it is going to be. If others are interested in joining this suit, please email me your
name, address, phone number and the amount of shares owned. Please do this as soon as possible because we planned to have a law suit filed within the next 14 days.
