No just unauthoritative spin couched as proclamation. It only fools fools. The fact you keep laboring the fact implies you are a fool's fool.

Or that historical birth announcements in paper-of-record are "innuendo".

If Obama were to release his Certification of Live Birth it would be authoritative. So far nothing that passes the evidentiary threshold is in the public space.
