Re the spin-off, I didn't ask. He said it should take about 60 days from now. Perhaps they decided not to do it until there was some proven value to the company.

I'm very excited about the numbers coming out... let's face it, all we've done so far is guess at their value. Now we will finally have something to work with., and COC at that. This is significant. When people look at the numbers and the amount of property Chip has, I think we'll have an entirely different stock on our hands.
