Alaska is now starting to get the recession sniffles. Compared to the rest of the country we're still in good shape, but I'm worried about where we'll be in two years. Tourism and air cargo refueling have fallen off a cliff this year, and the state is eating into its budget reserves. I have one friend who's over-extended, and I helped him out a bit.
