...on 10/14/97, Reagan initated coverage with an outperform/Speculative rating in a very upbeat bullish report and 12-18 mo tgt of 32...maintained that coverage 2 days later with very bullish comments on the US One acq...I have not seen this latest ?upgrade? with ?same price tg?t..will check tomorrow...28 mutual funds own this, whereas 35-80 funds own similar size (but further along the EBITDA positive curve) CLEC's (ICIX, BFPT, TCGI,etc)... short interest up to over 4 mil...TA looks terrific..news continues to flow, sector stays very actively in play, and the co still is keeping some powder dry....this has the look of a sh to interm breakout to the old highs (remember5/96???).....PS does anyone know if there was really stock available at 18 yesterday, and just for curiosity how brave did anyone out there really get yesterday AM?? and please , only the truth!!!)...
