Was it really dilutive ?

It might be interesting to remember that NGD acquired its interest in El Morro from its amalgamation with Metallica. I played the metallica warrants. When they became NGD warrants their exercise price was $3.40 for a NGD share.... they expired worthless. So this financing might be considered no more dilutive than the exercise of the warrants would have been. After all, Metallica was faced with the raising of that capital too.
