ruff, HUH are you kidding me? I love when a group of friends get together and have a party bash. You using the word bash out of context just seems rather silly!

I mean from a technical standpoint doesn't the true definition of basher really define a illegal stock manipulation act?

The act of falsely or fraudulently posting libelous information about a company to bring the price down so the "BASHER" can pick up cheep shares and then profit by selling them at a higher price?

That would be consider illegal and be subject to fines and jail time would it not? That is why I was confused when you said that people who bash or post positively would not be subject to being accused of cyberbulling?
