3k gold, anyone? After running the specs
out of the futures and ETFs, scared money might
just start piling up in the physical. The effect of
that will be a major squeeze of da boyz,
gold carry speculators. I am afraid, dip
may come first. Forcing folks out of commodity
investments may have unusually sharp side effects
for precious metals. And, it will drive commodities
much higher as a result of more supply destruction.

After a while of commodities sitting way below cost,
suppliers not just cut production, they go broke.
Thus, when the situation reverses, they don't come
back!
