T - clearly, someone is going to own "electronic" commerce. Just today, I was talking to M-L about starting an electronic banking service thru the brokerage. (I do expect it will be awhile before the world does it.) Needless to say, the alliance is very sexy. Long hard look tomorrow - but then again, I already own some thru INTU. Bye for now...Peter
