Welcome to all prospective/interested investors in Darnley Bay Resources. The information included in the header above came from the Company's preliminary prospectus, dated April 29, 1997. There was much more information contained in the prospectus but I didn't want to load the header with too many facts! If anyone has specific questions that I can find answers to in the prospectus, I will gladly try to answer them here. Good Luck!
