However, it is important to bring to the public's attention the fact that the bill is (apparently) seeking to achieve savings through additional rationing. There will be additional rationing regardless, doncha think? The price pressures are too strong and the coffers too empty. It seems naive or disingenuous to pretend otherwise. This proposal makes it more overt but I don't know that it makes it any greater. Some of her opponents, otoh, by pretending to take her terminology literally, are simply being dishonest. Pox on both, I say.
