If you want to call it a "death panel," then perhaps you could define the term so that everyone will know precisely what the issue is.

I infer from your comments that you consider any body of people who determine what procedures will and will not be covered by any health care plan to be a "death panel." Is that accurate?

Or perhaps it's only a "death panel" when Obamacare does it but not when Blue Cross does it?

Or perhaps it's only a "death panel" when the procedures being excluded are immediately life sustaining so excluding vaccinations for shingles, which is terribly painful but doesn't kill you, wouldn't count but excluding kidney transplants would?
