Eric, Hi!!! <<<Dell faithful...>>> I guess I qualify for that...first, why buy Dell and not CPQ? Well, recently I bought some CPQ...why,you might ask??? IMO. the longer I read this thread (and others) the more convinced that Dell and CPQ will steal more and more market share.. So why not own two big winnners......Personally I like to keep things simple...I like the way Mike Dell runs the show...and the management...I love the strategy and the way he gains growth in the company (this IMO is why it trades at a higher PE and why long term investors buy it)....If you really want to understand why you should buy this company there is about 30-60 hours of reading on the past posts available to you...I have collected select posts and articles that I keep in notebooks...I have been filling these since this thread began...for my own confidence in this company I like to read the back opinions and statements of others and in particular...Mike Dell....he keeps his word and I love that...he hasn't disappointed me yet...listen closely to what he says. That would be my #1 reason for buying Dell. Best,Kemble
