<The high priests of science, the lab coat clerics are no different than a Holy Council of the Catholic Church. >

Sounds 'interesting', may have a shred of truth and all that, but is exponentially off the mark.

The whole basis of science is that through confirmed observations (facts) what is todays "dogma" is relegated to 'evolution of todays theory' and can be essentially discarded (albeit not without much argument while evidence piles up). EVERY scientist worth a nickle knows, even Einstein types, that their theory is "wrong"... or more correctly incomplete and will be updated in the future.... indeed that EVERY theory is in need of update!

The Holy Council and especially the Pope claimed devine knowledge and could (and did) deny truth despite confirmation of "facts" by many sources throughout history. Even today the official 'dogma' is that the Pope is infallible on the topic of God, etc.

There are dozens of obvious fallacies in church dogma, this is NOT true in Science. Dozens of awards and perhaps a Nobel prize awaits he/she who sheds light on such fallacies. :))

{and perhaps ex-communication! lol}
