Slob:

Didn't mean to sound to dire on IMP's prospects. Just trying evaluate common investor positions in light of recent price performance & Xavier's exit.

I, too, that current management can turn IMP. I am convinced that the Company is undervalued (notwithstanding the current challenge to today's multiples). The stock has been beaten down from all angles-- by underwater investors, some of whom were taken to the cleaners, prior management, customers, securities lawyers, etc.

IMHO, if management can demonstrate an ability to grow revenues, albeit modestly, the market will respond handsomely.
