Peru says copper output falls in July, gold rises miningweekly.com By: Reuters 24th August 2009 LIMA - Peru's copper and zinc output fell in July from the same month a year ago, while production of gold and silver rose, the mining ministry said on Monday. Peru, a leading global metals exporter, is the world's top producer of silver, No. 2 in copper and zinc, and ranks sixth in gold.
