As far as I know, the drills are on site and work starts Friday, according to Fleming. Note that you can call Fleming at 1-800-661-0004 for news straight from the horses mouth. I guess this thread is quiet because not much news will be forthcoming for at least a few more weeks. Also, the continued drifting of FLA is nothing to shout about. GC talked recently about serious buyers coming into the market. I find, however, that most of what he says cannot be substantiated. Always, there are unnamed sources, reasons that he cannot elaborate on, and so on. Also, on most of what I have read from him recently, he has been dead wrong. I mean MONEY LOSING dead wrong. I am wary of internet writers in general. They are completely unregulated, and most of them are simply promoting stocks that they have substantial positions in, or providing foder for their subscribers. Their readers provide trading volume at higher prices. I prefer (now) to read analysts reports. While they all have to be viewed suspiciously, at least a good analyst will focus on geology, management, fundamentals, and so on. They usually set target prices over a set period, and provide a portfolio that can be evaluated in terms of performance. Some 'writers' simply ramble on, wandering from play to play, and reaking havoc wherever they go. I think FLA is an interesting play, but nothing as yet to shout loudly about. The market is pretty smart at figuring out where bargains are, and at what stage to jump in. I'm not criticizing FLA geologists. They are doing their jobs well, and are proving up reserves. This discussion group is, however, unwilling to consider any comments that aren't all rosy. When such comments arise, they are responded to in the form of personal attacks. My advice is to read the comments here with a pinch of salt. Regards, Robert
