Is there anyone at all that still has this thread bookmarked? I guess that in itself is a positive thing. No danger of USEG being hyped much. If anyone is reading - do some DD on them. They are a great risk / reward play at current prices. With more than $2 cash and apartments worth more than another $1 per share and trading at $2.15 the downside risk is very low. However, with the apartments, moly properties, O&G ventures, and Geothermal the upside is excellent.
