NW - regardless of anything, tech stocks, especially Dell w/
it's high PE, are getting hammered. Since there is so much
volatility Dell may go to 50 or 110. Straddle... that is,
if your a trader. If your feeling the market pulse, there's
more bullishness surrounding CPQ than Dell.

1 minute volumes on Dell did not exceed 175k in the last hour.
