I presume you are referring to Senator Byrd?

If so, I put Senator Byrd quite a few steps above Kennedy.

Senator Byrd has had the good grace to question Obama on his claims about our Constitution. I classify Senator Byrd as a Gentleman----someone who has stood up for the common man and woman and someone who has admitted the errors of his youth----early in his life.

There is simply no favorable comparison between the two in my opinion.
