If you are suggesting that the weather patterns are undergoing a fundamental change, I wholeheartedly agree. I just hope it's for the better rather than for the worse. Either way it looks like major shifts in patterns are occurring.

Have studied the sun and the atmosphere in some depth. Now studying the oceans. It's truly fascinating how everything is all so interrelated. Change something here and an unexpected result pops up 3000 miles away. Given that the oceans have a phenomenal thermal mass, I suspect they are damping any warming/cooling that might be happening right now.

fwiw, my biggest concern by far is what happens when/if the polar ice cap melts. It is the engine for the ocean currents in the Northern Hemisphere. It is scary to think what might happen if it is gone in 10 years, as some are now predicting.
