3 INSIDERS HAVE FILED FORM 144 TO SELL 284,703 SHARES FOR $9,533,200 WHICH IS ONE REASON ASND didnt move yesterday with the markets. If they are selling at these lows for the year they probably believe that ASND is at a high price now with lower prices to follow. Also buyout rumor doesn't seem likely if the President and Vice President are selling shares.
