this morning, happened to see kramer on cnbc. he is quite crazy, but is also very bright. although he, like many, likes hwp and intc a great deal, because they do so much business in asia he finds it hard to believe that earnings won't suffer. those economy's growth will slow. furthermore, if we do believe in a global economy, than one would have to feel that growth will slow and inflation will be low. hence, the argument for lower interest rates. this is why, cramer is probably bullish on financials and drugs. i am not bearish on the market, just somewhat bearish on technology at this time. plan to keep core holdings of cisco and intc. would rather keep some cash or buy where the risk appears lower for the next 6-12 months
