vip, cpq missed it and it was down.
i said cpq would miss expectations and they did..and stk went down.
I didn't even know the cpq whisper number. i just knew they would miss
expectations.

I'm one of those TQM gurus. Quality is not conformance to specs. It's conformance to expectations...there is a dif.
