Also, this: ACORN and the Cloward-Piven Strategy August 3, 2009

To make any sense of what Comrade Obama et al. are doing to this country, we need a little background information on the radical left. Glenn Beck obliges:
Before he became The One, Obama was known as the Senator From ACORN.
Flushing $trillions that we don't have to spare down the toilet during a recession starts to make sense. As Richard Cloward and Frances Piven preached, only when the overloaded system has collapsed, dragging the entire economy down with it, can Soviet-style "social justice" be imposed. Socialists don't spread the wealth around. They spread poverty around.
On a tip from Oiao.

ACORN and KAOS theres very little difference between these villians
Posted by: SPURWING PLOVER at August 3, 2009 9:17 PM For those interested in a thorough rundown of the C/P Strategy, go to American Thinker and search the archives for "Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis" by James Simpson, September 28, 2008. It covers BO's involvement in ACORN and ACORN's central role in radicalizing America.
Anyone who doubts ACORN's extreme corruption is either completely ignorant or is willing to white-wash anything that fits the progressive ideology. In my ultra-liberal hometown, I've seen ACORN signs directing people to their meetings. I'd love to know what goes on there, and I've thought it would be very interesting and worthwhile to infiltrate a radical leftist organization and expose the corruption.
So many of my leftist friends somehow believe that Obama is the cleanest, purest politician to ever grace our nation, even though he was fabricated by the most corrupt political machine in America. Anyone who thinks that Obama came out of Chicago squeaky clean is delusional. I guess if the atheistic, fatalistic progressive left can have a messiah, they can also believe in their own version of lefty miracles. If Obama came out of Chicago uncorrupted and ACORN is really interested in 'social justice', that would probably qualify as a genuine miracle. |
