On the brighter side... Utah, also not liberal, is flying it's flags at half staff for Ted Kennedy today. But somehow the classless get respect. I don't know. Not sure why I care. The people who 95% of the country would have laughed at, most of my life, are somehow getting respect. The racists, the militia nuts, the "Birchers". What is the point in being involved? If the country wants 'em, let them have them. Not sure there is anything worth saving anyway. It's a mean spirited place these days; not the USA I grew up in.
