my wife just info-ed me that the neighborhood school hong kong international school hkis.edu.hk just announced shutting doors for a while due to more than usual cases of flu

as the reports come in, our neighborhood (southside, hong kong) appears to be epicenter of some flu outbreak

so, the kids all eat at the same pizza places, go to the same clubs, play at the same beaches, attend the same group of schools, with dads mostly working in the same set of buildings and moms visiting the same spas, and now, the same flu
