Wrong as always. I ran into Al Hubbard, the CEO of Maxam at the Anaheim Mining Show on Sunday. They are not in operation yet because their resin expert is taking 90 days to get the flow charts right for the resin bed system. They can proceed with mining when ever they are ready. The State people gave them a go ahead on the on-site leaching. Don't even need a permit because it is so clean. They are building the leaching system right now.

Good thing somebody is around to keep an eye on your shenanigans.
