I just watched the Part C discussion. What I found most interesting was that these two guys pretty much agreed on the facts and seemed to be and said they were friends but argued about whether the overpayments to Advantage programs were a technical error or a part of strategy to privatize Medicare. Each was suspicious of the motives of the other based on political philosophy.

It's unfortunate that circumstances deny us the data to compare the private and public delivery head to head.
