MA programs were slow to get started here -- I remember when they first started showing up my customers (physicians) were jumping onboard with them, but the patients were much slower.

Now, they're everywhere. I don't know that much about the benefits end of MA, but I'm aware that we don't see payment problems too much with them. We have one that we see a few problems with, but generally, they seem to operate pretty smoothly, like BCBS or other private plans.
