"pulled that number and scenario out of your ass" REALLY.....WHAT do you THINK would have happened if we had just let ALL the banks fail??? Along with Ford, GM and Chrysler? Did you see what happened in Iceland? Take Iceland and magnify it into the WHOLE WORLD and try to imagine what things would be like. ALL our banks were essentially bankrupt and they STILL are. The only thing holding them up is all this CASH we're pumping into them. What makes you think that Obama wants to get control of the financial industry? If he wanted to do that he could have just "nationalized" the banks.
