Ulcer Germ May Affect Infant Growth
NEW YORK (Reuters) -- New research suggests that Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), the bacteria that causes most stomach ulcers in adults, may cause poor early growth in children. . . . .

. . . . The researchers state that the link between H. pylori infection in adulthood and low weight at 1 year of age "was a new finding." They add that the finding was independent of social class and family size.
